Security awareness training
How users get training, the course library, and tracking completion.
Security awareness training turns mistakes into learning. Users can take courses themselves, an admin can assign courses, and users are enrolled automatically when they fail a phishing simulation.
How users get training
- Open the Training library and click Start Course on any course. The button reads Continue Course or Review Course once it is under way.
- An admin assigns courses from the Training page using Assign Training.
- Users are enrolled automatically when they fail a phishing simulation, if that campaign has auto-enroll turned on.
Course library
The library includes micro-videos, quizzes, interactive and game-based lessons, policy attestations, and reading courses, each with a difficulty level and an estimated duration. Completion is tracked per user.
