The add-in is not appearing

Steps to fix a missing Outlook or Gmail report button.

If the report button is not showing for a user, work through these checks in order.

Checklist

  1. 1Confirm the add-in is installed. For Outlook, check the manifest was added (see Settings > Integrations); for Gmail, check it was installed from the Workspace Marketplace.
  2. 2Fully close and reopen Outlook, or refresh Gmail. Newly added add-ins can take a moment to appear.
  3. 3If it was deployed org-wide, allow up to 24 hours and confirm the user's mailbox is in scope of the deployment.
  4. 4Make sure the user signed in with their work account, not a personal one.
Central deployments can take up to a day to reach every mailbox after you push them.
