Simulation emails are not arriving

Why a phishing simulation might not land, and how to fix it.

If your simulation emails are not reaching users, it is almost always a scheduling or delivery setting.

Checklist

  1. 1Check the campaign's scheduled time. A scheduled campaign sends once that time passes, so it may simply be waiting.
  2. 2Confirm the target users have valid email addresses.
  3. 3Allowlist the simulation sending address in your mail filter so it is not blocked or quarantined.
  4. 4Check spam and junk folders.
  5. 5Review the campaign status in Simulations for any errors.
If emails still do not arrive after allowlisting, contact our support team and we will check the delivery logs with you.
