Push the report button to every mailbox at once, no per-user install.

Administrators can deploy the add-ins centrally so coverage does not depend on each person installing anything.

Microsoft 365 (Outlook)

  1. 1Download the Outlook manifest (PhishAlertPro-Outlook-Manifest.xml) from Settings > Integrations.
  2. 2Open the Microsoft 365 admin center, then go to Settings, then Integrated apps.
  3. 3Choose "Upload custom apps", then select "Upload manifest file".
  4. 4Upload the PhishAlertPro-Outlook-Manifest.xml file.
  5. 5Under Assign Users, choose "Entire organization" or specific groups, then deploy. It appears in all users' Outlook within 24 hours.

Google Workspace (Gmail)

From the PhishAlertPro Marketplace listing, an admin installs it and selects the users or organisational units. It then appears for everyone automatically.
