Manage your plan and top-ups
Change plans, and handle credits when you run low.
You can change plans as you grow, and decide what happens when you run low on credits.
Change your plan
Open Billing, titled Subscription & Billing, to see your current plan, included seats, and included credits. Use Subscribe to [plan name] to move to a different plan, or Manage Subscription to open the secure customer portal.
Automatic top-ups
In the Auto top-up section, set the toggle to Enabled, choose a Refill amount, optionally set Max auto refills per cycle, then click Save. A refill is then added automatically when your credit pool runs out, so scans never stop. The refill amounts are:
- +1,000 credits for £10
- +5,000 credits for £35
- +10,000 credits for £60
Automatic top-up never applies during a trial, so trials stay free.
