AI Security Credits represent the AI-powered security processing PhishAlertPro performs. Each plan includes a monthly allowance.
Plans and included credits
- Starter: £99 / month, 25 users, 2,500 credits.
- Growth: £299 / month, 100 users, 10,000 credits.
- Business / MSP: £599 / month, 250 users, 25,000 credits.
- Enterprise: custom pricing and allowance.
What uses a credit
- Email and AI analysis.
- URL checks, only for real user-clickable links. Marketing, tracking, unsubscribe, and hidden links are not billed.
- Attachment scans.
- AI coaching and automated actions.
Track your balance
Open Usage. The AI Security Credits card shows your Included allowance, any Bundles added, the amount Used, and the percentage of your allowance used. It updates right after each action, so there are no surprises.
Re-scanning the same email does not charge you again.
